About The Position

SPACEPANDA is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of their Fresno warehouse, ensuring product releases ship on time. This is a ground-floor role with significant growth potential and ownership participation. The ideal candidate is sharp, motivated, organized, eager to learn, and unafraid to try new things. As the first warehouse hire, this role reports directly to the company Director and offers the opportunity to see your work directly impact customers worldwide.

Requirements

  • Smart and motivated, picks things up fast and doesn't need to be told twice
  • Eager to learn and unafraid to try new things, prefers to figure things out rather than wait to be told
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Dependable and consistent, takes deadlines seriously and communicates early when risks arise
  • Comfortable stepping up to coordinate a team when releases get busy
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes, packing, standing for extended periods)
  • Comfortable learning software (Shopify, ShipStation, Notion, and Google Drive)
  • Based in or able to commute reliably to Fresno, CA (on-site)
  • Available and flexible during release cycles

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse, fulfillment, or print experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, track, and store incoming inventory and supplies
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule
  • Run release-based fulfillment for product launches, including high-volume periods
  • Lead fulfillment burst teams through release periods. Coordinate, train, and set the pace
  • Assist with customer service, respond to and solve customer inquiries with clear, friendly, professional communication
  • Manage the production of art prints and proofs to our quality standard
  • Maintain inventory levels; flag and resolve supply needs before they become problems
  • Keep all equipment (printers, label machines, workspace) maintained and reset between releases
  • Pre-kit materials and prep inventory ahead of upcoming releases
  • Spot opportunities to improve how we work and bring new ideas to the table
