About The Position

LECO is a family-owned company that has developed and produced laboratory instruments for over 90 years. The Fulfillment Associate supports material handling and order fulfillment, working accurately and productively while maintaining quality. The role requires strong teamwork and people skills, the ability to work with limited supervision, and a self-starting approach. Employees are expected to consistently provide customers with quality products, services, and support.

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be needed.

Requirements

• Strong teamwork, interaction, and people skills.
• Able to work at times with limited supervision and act as a self-starter.
• Perform duties accurately at a productive pace.
• Quality-oriented, with accuracy in handling numbers and counting.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Constant standing and walking throughout the day.
• Possible lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching for products.

Responsibilities

• Pull material sales orders.
• Receive and distribute materials.
• Unload, inspect, and record materials received by common carrier.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Stop movement of material if a non-conformance is detected.
