About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate processes orders completely and accurately, packs orders safely and efficiently, and verifies outgoing shipments. The role also supports merchandise returns, transfers, inventory management, shipping documentation, and technical support activities involving hardware and software. The associate maintains a clean work area and may perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Physical capability for repetitive standing, lifting, bending, and stooping for long periods.

• Previous experience working within returns, warehousing, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process each order completely and accurately.
• Pack orders safely, effectively, and efficiently; verify order accuracy by order number and product quantity, and ship each order.
• Maintain required safety precautions and equipment.
• Use awareness of storage techniques and locations, space allocation, and stock rotation.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for RMA requests.
• Create and manage vendor and internal transfer documentation.
• Prepare merchandise for shipping with the necessary and correct documentation.
• Verify the accuracy of all outgoing shipments.
• Load packages onto carriers as needed.
• Perform physical inventory counts in the assigned area.
• Test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Provide driver information for merchandise to relevant departments.
• Support technical support activities between outbound operations and vendors.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and tasks as necessary or assigned.
