Fulfillment Associate
About The Position
The Fulfillment Associate is a key contributor to Cart.com’s Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations, working across warehouse functions to support timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. The role calls for adaptability, attention to detail, and teamwork in service of Cart.com’s clients and their customers. The position is onsite for applicants located in or around Dallas, Texas, and requires the ability to work the assigned schedule with flexibility for longer hours based on business and peak needs. No prior experience is required; willingness to learn and work hard is essential.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics.
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
- Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies.
- Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging.
