About The Position

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of its Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You’ll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support clients and customers.

This onsite position is open to applicants located in or around Dallas, Texas who can work the assigned schedule, with flexibility for longer hours based on business and peak needs.

• Be able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift.
• Be willing to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
• Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies.
• Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging.
