About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate completes internal orders for fulfillment through different vendors and may also perform customer engagement associate responsibilities, depending on product or portfolio size and scope. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, vendor-site orders, accurate data entry, account maintenance, and customer service escalations. It requires adapting to multiple platforms and systems while providing timely, effective customer communication. This position is remote at approved locations within the United States. Candidates must have reliable internet and a designated work environment suitable for professional phone calls and sensitive data. The role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role preferred.
Ability to remain at the designated workstation for the duration of the workday.
Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and exchange accurate information.
Ability to observe details at close range, typically on a computer screen.
Reliable internet connection and a designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data.
