About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate completes internal orders through different vendors and may also perform customer engagement associate responsibilities, depending on product and portfolio size and scope. The role supports order fulfillment, customer communication, accurate data entry, and ongoing account maintenance. It requires navigating multiple platforms and adapting to new programs and systems.

This position offers remote work at approved locations within the United States. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a designated work environment suitable for professional phone calls and handling sensitive data.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare-industry data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Complete orders through different vendor sites.
• Ensure data entry is accurate and proper workflows are followed.
• Perform ongoing account maintenance.
• Manage and escalate customer service issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.
