About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate handles daily customer returns, including inspecting, receiving, labeling, verifying product counts and information, and checking products for damage. The role requires accurate completion of task paperwork, use of material-handling equipment, and professional responses to customer inquiries and issues about returns. The associate also supports inventory receiving and put-away, trains new employees on standard operating procedures, and helps maintain a clean and safe workplace. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow specific instructions thoroughly and accurately and provide instructions to other associates as needed.
Ability to understand, follow, and enforce company policies and procedures.
Ability to reach, bend, climb, and safely lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Good hand-eye coordination and motor skills.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed due to customer demand.

Responsibilities

Follow customer-specific instructions for inspecting, receiving, and labeling products for daily returns.

Complete daily task paperwork accurately and fully.
Operate equipment such as dollies, carts, stock chasers, and forklifts.
Research and respond to customer inquiries and issues concerning returns in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
Help improve operations, reduce turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
Operate material-handling equipment as required.
Maintain accurate inventory through regular receiving and put-away processes.
Train new employees on standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
