About The Position
The Fulfillment Associate processes, verifies, documents, and ships orders and merchandise. The role includes maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting returns and technical-support activities, and keeping the work area clean. Other duties, responsibilities, and tasks may be assigned as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Physically capable of repetitive standing, lifting, bending, and stooping for long periods.

- Previous experience in returns, warehousing, or manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Process each order completely and accurately.
- Pack orders safely, effectively, and efficiently; verify order number and product quantity before shipping.
- Maintain required safety precautions and equipment.
- Use appropriate storage techniques and locations, allocate space, and rotate stock.
- Sort and prepare merchandise for return merchandise authorization (RMA) requests.
- Create and manage vendor and internal transfer documentation.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping with the necessary and correct documentation.
- Verify the accuracy of all outgoing shipments.
- Load packages onto carriers as needed.
- Perform physical inventory counts in the assigned area.
- Test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Provide driver information for merchandise to relevant departments.
- Support technical-support activities between outbound operations and vendors.
- Maintain a clean working area.
- Perform other duties, responsibilities, and tasks as assigned.
