About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate supports the fulfillment department by helping ensure customer orders are handled accurately and promptly. The role works in a team-based environment to pick, pack, and ship orders and verify incoming goods. The position is full-time and is based in a vibrant, carpeted, temperature-controlled warehouse within an office space at the company's facility in West Springfield, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a team-based environment.
• Verify incoming goods against packing lists and check for accuracy.
• Package, label, and inventory tools correctly.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
