About The Position

Mom’s Meals, a national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is seeking a Fulfillment Associate. The associate picks, scans, and packs a portion of each customer’s order as it moves past their workstation, while meeting safety, quality, accuracy, and production standards. This is fast-paced work performed for the entirety of the shift in a refrigerated warehouse environment maintained at 34–40 degrees; gloves are provided. The listed first shift runs Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at $16.50 per hour. Shifts may also include weekends, holidays, and/or overtime. Employment is contingent on successfully passing a post-offer drug screen and background check, where permitted by law.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to stand and walk for up to 8–10 hours.
Able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Strong service orientation.
Team player with the ability to communicate well with others.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Must have basic reading skills.
Must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

Pick the correct items for cooler boxes, scan them appropriately, and pack items to complete a portion of each customer’s order.
Follow strict safety, quality, and production standards.
Pay close attention to details such as reading labels and selecting products.
Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Produce consistent, high-quality work.
Move product between locations in accordance with food sanitation and safety guidelines.
Assist with general housekeeping.
