About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station running smoothly and provide customers with a positive experience. You serve as a point of contact for customers fueling up or making quick purchases, process transactions, and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner.

You also help keep the station clean, stocked, safe, and operational. Duties include safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas, including fueling spaces and restrooms. The role involves customer service, deliveries, and daily station upkeep in a fast-paced environment, with work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Process purchases and handle payments accurately using cash registers and payment systems.
• Complete safety checks and follow fuel-handling, equipment, and site-safety procedures.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor station areas, including restrooms and fueling spaces.
• Follow company policies, audits, sanitation requirements, dress standards, and daily station procedures.
• Manage changing customer flow and a variety of tasks throughout the shift.
