About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station running smoothly while providing customers with a positive experience. You serve as a point of contact for customers fueling up or making quick purchases, process transactions, and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner.

You keep the station clean, stocked, and ready throughout the day by completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas. The role includes customer service, deliveries, and daily upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior customer service or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Process purchases accurately using cash registers and payment systems.
• Complete safety checks and follow fuel-handling, equipment, and site-safety procedures.
• Keep the station’s indoor and outdoor areas, including restrooms and fueling spaces, clean and in working order.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage cleaning, restocking, and station-monitoring tasks as customer activity changes.
• Follow company policies, audits, daily station procedures, sanitation requirements, and dress standards.
