About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station running smoothly and provide customers with a positive experience. You serve as a point of contact for customers fueling up or making quick purchases, processing transactions and answering questions in a friendly, efficient manner. You also maintain the station by completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and keeping indoor and outdoor areas clean and in working order. The role involves customer interaction, deliveries, daily upkeep, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and fuel-related transactions accurately using cash registers and payment systems.
• Assist customers and answer questions in a clear, friendly manner.
• Keep the station clean, stocked, and ready throughout the day, including indoor and outdoor areas, restrooms, and fueling spaces.
• Complete safety checks and follow procedures for fuel handling, equipment checks, and site safety.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage cleaning, restocking, and station-monitoring tasks throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies, audits, and daily station procedures.
• Comply with safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
