About The Position

Charlotte Behavioral Health Care is seeking a Family Support Team (FST) Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team serving youth and families in the community. The role oversees the program’s clinical and administrative operations and helps ensure high-quality, timely, and effective services that promote family stability and connection. The supervisor provides leadership for team performance, service delivery, and outcomes.

The position is located at 1700 Education Ave, Punta Gorda, Florida. It is full-time, on the day shift, with up to 50% travel. The salary range is undisclosed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related human services field.
• Licensed or license-eligible (such as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
• At least 3 years of behavioral health experience, including experience working with youth and families.
• At least 1 year of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily FST operations, ensuring effective community-based service delivery.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to a multidisciplinary team.
• Facilitate clinical staffing and treatment planning meetings.
• Ensure adherence to the FST model and applicable standards.
