About The Position
This position is responsible for various Quality Control functions as assigned. Duties include but not limited to; performing online quality audits, label verification, allergen verification, GMP audits, providing department coverage, document review and weight control checks of all products using established procedures to assure products meet approved government and company programs.
Requirements
- Knowledge of required sanitation standards and safety lockout procedures
- Knowledge of techniques for sample collection
- Computer knowledge to enter data
- Knowledge of statistical sampling plans
- Knowledge of quality specifications for raw materials and finished products
- Knowledge of quality control standards
Nice To Haves
- Canning experience preferred
