About The Position

Moreau Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time, onsite Front Office Team Lead to lead a team and help ensure excellent front office operations. The role is based in a fast-paced environment and centers on customer service, problem-solving, and professionalism. Pay is $14.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience.

The Front Office Team Lead greets patients, manages phone inquiries, schedules appointments, tracks attendance, collects co-pays and co-insurances, faxes and scans documents, and completes other clerical duties. The role requires someone who can work independently, multitask, stay organized, and contribute to daily front office operations as part of a team.
