About The Position
Active Dental is seeking a Front Office Lead who is hungry for growth and ready to take the next step in their career. This role is designed as a launchpad for individuals with the drive and ambition to eventually become an Office Manager. Starting as a dynamic Lead, you will float primarily between our Irving and Flower Mound locations, integrating with our teams and learning the business from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is ready to be developed into a true practice leader, and we are willing to invest in your future through a comprehensive, year-long leadership training program. This program is specifically designed to develop you into our next Office Manager as we expand. You will gain diverse experience and showcase your adaptability by floating between our modern practices, helping where your leadership is needed most. You will work alongside professionals who support and uplift one another, guided daily by our practice core values.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience in a dental front office setting.
- Strong, natural drive to lead and a clear desire to advance into an Office Manager role.
- Willingness to float and adjust seamlessly between our Irving and Flower Mound locations (and potentially others) as business needs dictate.
- Confident, adaptable, and highly coachable.
- Eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Guide daily front desk operations with a proactive, take-charge attitude, setting the standard for your peers.
- Ensure every patient receives a warm, seamless, and professional experience from check-in to check-out.
- Step in wherever needed across locations to integrate smoothly with different teams and keep schedules running efficiently.
- Actively participate in your leadership training, absorbing feedback, and mastering the administrative and leadership skills needed to eventually run your own practice.
