About The Position

Active Dental is seeking a Front Office Lead who is hungry for growth and ready to take the next step in their career. This role is designed as a launchpad for individuals aspiring to become Office Managers. The Front Office Lead will float primarily between the Irving and Flower Mound locations, integrating with teams and learning the business from the ground up. The company invests heavily in the potential of its Leads through a comprehensive, year-long leadership training program designed to develop them into future Office Managers as the company expands.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience in a dental front office setting.
• Strong, natural drive to lead and a clear desire to advance into an Office Manager role.
• Willingness to float and adjust seamlessly between our Irving and Flower Mound locations (and potentially others) as business needs dictate.
• Office hours are 9 am - 6pm (Mon - Thurs) and Friday + Saturday (9 am -2 pm)
• Confident, adaptable, and highly coachable.
• Team players who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily front desk operations with a proactive, take-charge attitude, setting the standard for your peers.
• Ensure every patient receives a warm, seamless, and professional experience from check-in to check-out.
• Step in wherever needed across locations to integrate smoothly with different teams and keep schedules running efficiently.
• Actively participate in your leadership training, absorbing feedback, and mastering the administrative and leadership skills needed to eventually run your own practice.
