About The Position

The Front Office Agent helps ensure that every guest’s experience is relaxing and effortless from arrival through departure and throughout the stay. Front Office Agents are among the first team members guests meet and have an opportunity to provide impeccable service while reflecting the brand. The role is part of hotel operations and requires flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of similar work experience.
• Passion for hotel operations and guest service.
• Experience in guest or customer service.
• Ability to work as a team player, work hard, multitask, and attend to detail.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

• Ability to speak a secondary language.
