About The Position

Viva Chicken is hiring Front of the House Team Members in roles including cashier, server (Guest Assistant), expediter, and food runner. The team welcomes guests, keeps service moving, and helps create a positive dining experience. Team members may greet guests and take orders, expedite and deliver food, assist colleagues, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting dining area. Training is available, and restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from guests’ arrival through departure.
Take orders accurately and efficiently while keeping service upbeat and organized.
Support service by expediting orders, running food, and assisting teammates as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards consistently.
Communicate and work collaboratively with the team.
