About The Position

Viva Chicken is hiring Front of the House Team Members, including cashiers, servers (Guest Assistants), expediters, and food runners, for its Gastonia location. The team welcomes guests, supports the flow of restaurant service, delivers food, and maintains a clean and inviting dining area. The role calls for warm hospitality, accurate order-taking, teamwork, and consistent adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required; training is available. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
