About The Position

Viva Chicken is hiring Front of the House Team Members, including cashiers, servers (Guest Assistants), expediters, and food runners. The team welcomes guests, keeps service moving, and creates a positive dining experience. Team members may greet guests and take orders, expedite and run food, assist teammates, and keep the dining area clean, safe, and welcoming. They follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards while contributing to a communicative, accountable, and positive team.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from guests’ arrival through departure.
Take orders accurately and efficiently while keeping service upbeat and organized.
Support service by expediting orders, running food, and assisting teammates as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Work collaboratively and communicate with teammates.
