About The Position

Viva Chicken is hiring Front of the House Team Members, including cashiers, servers (Guest Assistants), expediters, and food runners. The team welcomes guests, keeps service moving, delivers food, and maintains a clean and inviting dining room to create a positive guest experience.

This role is suited to someone with a positive attitude, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to work reliably and supportively with a team in a fast-paced restaurant. Restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required; training is available. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from guests’ arrival through departure.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while keeping service upbeat and organized.
• Support service flow by expediting orders, running food, and assisting teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards consistently.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with teammates while demonstrating accountability and positivity.
