About The Position

Viva Chicken is hiring Front of the House Team Members, including cashiers, servers (Guest Assistants), expediters, and food runners, for its Ballantyne location. The team welcomes guests, keeps service moving, and creates a positive dining experience. Duties may include greeting guests, taking orders, expediting and running food, assisting teammates, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting dining area. Training is available, and restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to bend, stand, balance, and carry items throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from guests’ arrival through departure.

Consistently follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
