About The Position

Viva Chicken is hiring daytime Front of the House team members for cashier, server (Guest Assistant), expediter, and food runner roles. The team welcomes guests, keeps service moving, and helps create a positive dining experience. Training is available, and restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from guests’ arrival through departure.
Take orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining an upbeat, organized service.
Expedite orders, run food, and assist teammates as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Work with the team through communication, accountability, and positivity.
