About The Position

Viva Chicken is hiring Front of the House team members, with a current focus on Servers. Roles include cashiers, servers (Guest Assistants), expediters, and food runners. The team welcomes guests, keeps service moving, delivers food, and maintains a clean and inviting dining room to create a positive guest experience. Training is available, and restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from guests’ arrival through their departure.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while keeping service upbeat and organized.
• Support service by expediting orders, running food, and assisting teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area.
• Consistently follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with teammates, demonstrating accountability and positivity.
