About The Position

Viva Chicken is hiring Back of the House Team Members, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, for its Park Rd location. The kitchen team prepares fresh food, maintains high standards, and works together to deliver the restaurant’s Peruvian flavors. Team members may cook on the line, prepare ingredients, or help keep the kitchen clean and organized. Training is available, and prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to Viva Chicken recipes and standards.
Complete daily preparation tasks, including cutting, portioning, cooking, and stocking.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
Support kitchen teammates to keep service running smoothly.
Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
