Responsibilities
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly.
- Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests.
- Explain the menu and answer product questions.
- Enter guests' orders accurately into the POS system.
- Present orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare beverages and assist in preparing items such as sauces, salads, and produce.
- Clean and maintain all guest areas.
- Perform additional customer service-related tasks.
