About The Position
Front of house team members contribute to the guest experience at Zaxbys by welcoming guests, providing genuine hospitality, and helping ensure they receive a quality meal. The role is in a fun, fast-paced environment, and no experience is necessary. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly.
- Greet all guests warmly and in a friendly manner.
- Explain the menu and answer questions about products.
- Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system.
- Present orders to guests and ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare beverages and assist with preparing items such as sauces, salads, and produce.
- Clean and maintain guest areas.
- Perform additional customer-service-related tasks.
