About The Position

Call Your Mother is hiring a Front of House Team Member for its Crystal City location. Team members provide welcoming hospitality, prepare and serve coffee and food, take and enter guest orders, help maintain a clean shop, learn and communicate information about Call Your Mother, and support teammates wherever needed. Shifts can bring different day-to-day tasks and surprises. This role is suited to people who enjoy staying active, interacting with guests, working collaboratively, and taking pride in thoughtful service. Weekend availability and a preference for morning shifts are sought; the role does not require night shifts. Bagel experience is not required, and applicants from a wide range of backgrounds are welcome.

Base pay of $18.40 per hour, plus tips; stated likely total pay range of $22–$26 per hour.
