About The Position

Juicekeys is hiring a part-time Front of House Team Member to provide fast, friendly service in a busy, team-based environment. The role supports the restaurant’s promise of serving guests quickly without sacrificing quality or warmth. Work pace increases during rushes and slows between them, when team members restock, clean, and train. Employees stand, move, and lift for much of their shifts. Juicekeys provides training, clear stations, and simple systems to help new team members learn the job; most feel confident within 3 to 4 weeks. The position is suited to someone who enjoys an energetic environment, stays calm and friendly when busy, works collaboratively, takes pride in timely work, and reliably arrives ready for shifts. It may not suit someone who prefers a slow, quiet pace or fully self-paced tasks. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old to work at the establishment.
Able to stand for an entire shift.
Available Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on weekends; weekend availability is mandatory.
Reliable and ready to show up for scheduled shifts.
No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare, assemble, and hand off orders according to the restaurant’s speed standard.
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments.
Keep the counter, dining area, and work stations clean and stocked.
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and teammates during rushes.
Handle guest questions or mistakes calmly and resolve them quickly.
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
