About The Position

Juicekeys is hiring a part-time Front of House Team Member to provide quick, friendly service in a fast-paced, team-based environment. The role supports the promise of serving guests promptly while maintaining accurate orders and a welcoming experience. Busy periods are non-stop, with the pace rising and falling throughout shifts; slower stretches are used for restocking, cleaning, and training. Team members stand, move, and lift for most of their shift and work together to keep service moving. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at the establishment.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Available Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; weekend availability is mandatory.
• Reliable and ready to work scheduled shifts.
• No experience is necessary; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, assemble, and hand off orders to the required speed standard.
• Operate the POS and handle payments.
• Keep the counter, dining area, and stations clean and stocked.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and teammates during rushes.
• Handle questions or mistakes calmly and resolve them quickly.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
