About The Position

Chick-fil-A North Haven is hiring enthusiastic, service-focused Front of House and Drive-Thru Specialists. Team members are trained to provide guest service inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru, creating positive experiences through friendly interactions, accurate orders, cleanliness, and hospitality. The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, including in drive-thru lanes in varying weather conditions; proper gear is provided. The stated compensation is $16.94–$17.50 per hour. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Availability must extend to 10:45 PM at least two times a week.
Must be available to work on Saturdays.
Reliable, punctual, and coachable.
Energetic, positive, and service-oriented personality.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in the dining room, at the front counter, and in the drive-thru.
Take and confirm accurate guest orders using POS systems.
Deliver food promptly and accurately with a friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, drink stations, and drive-thru lanes.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with restocking, preparation, and daily opening and closing duties.
Work outside in drive-thru lanes in varying weather conditions, using provided gear.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support smooth operations.
Demonstrate a guest-first attitude and commitment to teamwork.
