About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create happy guest experiences. The role includes assisting guests with orders and menu selections, building guest relationships, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. Team members may work across several stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. All team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. Full-time and part-time hours are available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Great personality and hospitable attitude.
- Strong desire to help people.
- Ability to connect with guests and contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
