About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help deliver a welcoming guest experience. Team members assist with taking orders and guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. They may work a variety of stations, including cashier, host, expo, and floor/runner. The position is for applicants age 18 or older and offers full-time and part-time hours. Team members participate in the tip pool and are paid biweekly. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time, with or without notice.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a great personality and a hospitable attitude.
• Have a strong desire to help people.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and guide guests through the menu.
• Support guest relations and create a hospitable experience.
• Run food and bus tables.
• Plate food.
• Work a variety of stations, including cashier, host, expo, and floor/runner.
