RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help guests enjoy a welcoming and positive dining experience. Team members assist with taking orders, guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. Team members should expect to work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role involves connecting with guests and helping create a happy, hospitable experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is advertised at $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips; all Mendo Team Members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly.
