RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a welcoming, happy guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, provide guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. Team members may work at a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role offers full-time and part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and pay of $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips. All team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The position requires schedule flexibility, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
