RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a welcoming and happy guest experience. Team members assist with taking orders, guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. They may work across several stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. All team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. The advertised pay is $13.00–$18.00 per hour, including tips. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
