Front of House Team Member
About The Position
Chick-fil-A North Haven is seeking enthusiastic, service-focused individuals to work as Front of House and Drive-Thru Specialists. Team Members are trained to provide exceptional guest service inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru, creating memorable experiences through friendly interactions, accurate orders, cleanliness, and hospitality while upholding Chick-fil-A’s values. The role involves serving guests in the dining room, at the front counter, and in the drive-thru; using POS systems; delivering food; maintaining clean and organized areas; following food safety and sanitation standards; and assisting with restocking, preparation, and opening and closing duties. Team Members may work outdoors in drive-thru lanes in varying weather conditions, with proper gear provided. Requirements
- Availability must extend to 10:45 PM at least two times a week.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Available to work on Saturdays.
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable.
- Energetic, positive, and service-oriented personality.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and serve guests in the dining room, at the front counter, and in the drive-thru.
- Take and confirm accurate guest orders using POS systems.
- Deliver food promptly and accurately with a genuine smile.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, drink stations, and drive-thru lanes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Assist with restocking, preparation, and daily opening and closing duties.
- Work outside in drive-thru lanes in varying weather conditions, using provided proper gear.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support smooth operations.
- Demonstrate a guest-first attitude and commitment to teamwork.
