Requirements

• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our industry operates during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and guest seating.
• Implement training programs to enhance the skills of front-of-house staff, ensuring that they are well-equipped to deliver top-tier service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, addressing their preferences and special requests.
• Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, inventory control, and budget adherence.
• Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, ensuring that cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet our high standards.
