About The Position

We are looking for a Front of House Manager who leads by example and takes pride in developing a winning team. As the Front of House Manager, you'll take ownership of the guest-facing side of the restaurant while working closely with the management team to deliver excellent operational results.

Requirements

  • Restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Fast-casual or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • Strong commitment to customer service and hospitality
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, teach, and motivate a team
  • Positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities
  • High sense of urgency and integrity
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and restaurant standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain organized and composed during high-volume periods
  • Desire for personal and professional growth
  • ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, train, and motivate Front of House team members
  • Create a welcoming, friendly, and efficient experience for every guest
  • Maintain high standards for customer service, hospitality, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance
  • Lead by example and remain actively involved in daily restaurant operations
  • Manage the flow of the Front of House during busy periods to maintain speed and quality of service
  • Ensure team members are properly positioned and prepared for each shift
  • Address guest questions and concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Hold team members accountable to restaurant standards and expectations
  • Assist with training and development of new and existing employees
  • Promote teamwork and strong communication between Front of House and Back of House teams
  • Help maintain proper staffing and support scheduling needs
  • Monitor labor and other controllable costs as assigned
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently followed
  • Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and grow the business
  • Support community engagement, promotions, fundraisers, and other local restaurant initiatives
  • Work alongside the General Manager and management team to achieve restaurant goals
