About The Position
The Front of House Key Manager at Georgia Blue leads the front-of-house team and helps deliver an excellent guest experience. The role includes hiring, training, and motivating servers, bartenders, and hosts; overseeing dining-room operations; and connecting with guests to make their visits memorable. Requirements
- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience.
- Leadership skills that motivate others and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
- Comfort with POS systems and basic office tools.
- Ability to work high-energy shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional style and appearance that represents the brand.
