About The Position

Destiny Dental, an affiliate of ProSmile, is seeking an energetic, motivated, and organized Dental Receptionist with a positive attitude and interest in professional growth. The role is the first point of contact for patients and supports patient care through friendly, timely service, front-desk coordination, and administrative and financial activities. The position is based in a collaborative environment that promotes learning and teamwork. The employee may be required to travel to healthcare practices and perform duties beyond those listed as the company’s needs change.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Professional and compassionate demeanor.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Computer competence and ability to work with a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients as the first point of contact, providing friendly and timely attention to their needs.
• Coordinate patient flow and financial activities at the front desk, including scheduling, handling patient paperwork, and collecting payments and insurance cards.
• Maintain the reception area and control inventory of office supplies, patient literature, and related items.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Wear personal protective equipment, including masks, gloves, and gowns, as needed and in accordance with CDC standards.
