About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations at our Atlanta location. The ideal candidate will lead a team of front desk staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient workflow, and a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a front desk or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and front desk management software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate front desk staff activities, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure prompt and professional handling of all visitor inquiries, phone calls, and appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
  • Manage office supplies and front desk equipment inventory.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports and logs related to front desk activities.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at the front desk.
