The position also requires resolving guest complaints, increasing guest satisfaction scores, participating in guest interaction activities, and overseeing front office operations in the absence of management. Additionally, the role includes performing bookkeeping, making and confirming reservations, promoting marketing programs, greeting and registering guests, providing room keys and amenities, computing bills, collecting payments, closing guest accounts, creating action plans for service deficiencies, and ensuring public areas are well-maintained. The role also involves following sustainability guidelines and safety practices.
