About The Position

StretchLab is seeking a high-energy, sales-motivated, fitness-minded individual who enjoys building community and representing the brand. The Sales Representative supports the General Manager in generating new memberships, bringing new members into the studio, and booking Introductory sessions. The role also contributes to retaining current members by presenting services and providing customer service at the front desk. Fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve membership sales for one-on-one and group assisted stretching and retail.
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and by email.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Book and confirm Introductory sessions.
• Greet and check in clients and prospects at the front desk.
• Conduct facility tours, build relationships, and identify individual needs and preferences.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current and prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas and follow up with leads and people who miss Introductory classes.
• Participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events, to promote the studio.
• Ensure the studio is clean and tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
