About The Position

The Front Desk Sales Associate is the first point of contact for guests at a European Wax Center and helps create a warm, professional, and memorable guest experience. The role educates guests about services, policies, products, and promotions; manages reservations and inquiries; and supports a smooth-running front desk. Associates contribute to individual and center sales goals while helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment and a positive team culture. The position is available full-time or part-time and requires availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate guests about services, policies, and what to expect during their visit.
• Answer phones, manage the reservation book, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Educate guests about Wax Pass savings, products, and promotions.
• Communicate the benefits of waxing frequency and skincare products.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals and contribute to center-wide performance targets.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasks.
• Process transactions accurately and manage guest profiles through the POS system.
• Keep the lobby and front desk clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
