About The Position

Crunch is a No Judgment Gym that makes serious exercise fun by combining fitness and entertainment. The Front Desk Representative helps create a welcoming, professional, and high-energy experience for members and guests at the club. The role includes greeting and checking in members and guests, handling calls and messages, sharing information about events and club services, assisting with member requests and payments, and supporting retail, childcare, and other areas as needed. The position requires working Saturday and Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Compensation is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitasking skills.
• High energy and patience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and wish them well as they leave the club.
• Check in members and guests according to company procedures.
• Facilitate messages in club software during member check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
• Handle member requests or refer them to a manager.
• Maintain a professional disposition.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards, including those in the Employee Handbook.
• Sell retail products when sold at the front desk.
• Schedule member service needs.
• Assist in retail, childcare, and other desks or areas as needed.
• Facilitate payment for member services according to company procedures.
• Know the club's facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with projects delegated by club management.
