About The Position

Crunch is a “No Judgment Gym” that combines fitness and entertainment to make exercise fun. The Front Desk Opening Representative welcomes members and guests, supports front desk and club operations, and helps create a welcoming atmosphere. The required shifts are Sunday 7:45 a.m.–2 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday 4:45 a.m.–12 p.m. Benefits that require maintaining full-time status are available.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitasking skills.
• High energy and patience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and wish them well as they leave.
• Check in members and guests according to company procedures.
• Facilitate messages through club software during member check-in.
• Answer phones courteously, helpfully, and professionally.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
• Handle member requests or forward them to a manager.
• Maintain a professional disposition.
• Understand and follow policies, procedures, and standards, including the Employee Handbook.
• Sell retail products when sold at the front desk.
• Schedule member service needs.
• Assist in retail, childcare, and other desks or areas as needed.
• Facilitate payment for member services according to company procedures.
• Know the club’s facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with projects delegated by club management.
